We're excited about our international customers and have tried to offer the most reasonable shipping rates possible. In the shopping cart you'll be able to select your country and view the options available to you, if your country is not available please contact us.
Please note we are not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Overseas items are sent via Royal Mail's overseas services.
All orders are sent via International Tracked & Signed. Delivery within Europe usually takes 3-5 working days and worldwide within 5-7 working days.
We really hope you love your MAiK products, but if, for any reason, you would like to return your order, you can send it back to us within 28 days for a full refund or exchange.
All items have to be unused with labels and packaging intact. Please note for hygiene reasons socks are not refundable if they have been worn or washed - this includes being tried on.
When you return or exchange any product, you must cover the shipping charges.
As soon as we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund request.
Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges.
Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed your order.
We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

We do not accept or process returns that are sent to our studio address in Edinburgh.
All items including their original packaging must be returned “as new” in a saleable condition with all the tags and labels intact. Please note for hygiene reasons socks are not refundable if they have been used, worn or washed.
For all returns and refunds please obtain a proof of postage certificate from your Post Office as we cannot refund products damaged or lost in transit.
